Tapolia is currently a private beta. The responsible seller, governing-law details, and verified support contact will be shown here and in the store listing before public distribution.

The service

Tapolia is a mobile convenience app and home-screen widget that connects to Codex through a companion on your Mac. It is not OpenAI, ChatGPT, or Codex, and it does not include an OpenAI subscription or usage.

Eligibility and accounts

You must be allowed to use Codex and the applicable Apple or Google store. You are responsible for your OpenAI account, Mac, network, device security, and keeping the Tapolia pairing token private.

Subscription and free trial

Eligible new subscribers receive 7 days free, then Tapolia Pro costs $2.99 USD per month, localized by the store where supported. Pro unlocks as soon as Apple or Google confirms the trial subscription. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, the store charges the monthly price and the subscription auto-renews until cancelled, subject to the applicable store rules. Apple or Google bills and manages the subscription. You can cancel in your store account settings. 7 days free, then $2.99/month. Cancel anytime.

Beta limitations

The private beta is for trusted local or private networks. Do not expose the development companion directly to the public internet. Features may change before general availability, and beta access may be suspended to protect users or the service.

Acceptable use

You may not bypass access controls, share pairing credentials publicly, interfere with the service, use it to violate law or third-party rights, or access another person’s Codex data without authorization.

Your content

Your prompts and Codex outputs remain subject to your agreement with OpenAI. Tapolia does not claim ownership of them. You are responsible for reviewing actions and output before relying on them.

Availability and warranties

The beta is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. Mobile operating systems, stores, local networks, your Mac, Codex, and third-party services can affect availability.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Tapolia’s provider is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages arising from use of the beta. Nothing here excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.

Termination

You may stop using the service at any time. Access may be limited for security, abuse, legal, store-policy, or service-integrity reasons. Cancelling a subscription stops future renewal but does not automatically delete Codex threads.

Changes

These terms may be updated as the beta becomes a public product. Material changes will be dated and presented as required by the stores or law.
